<\/p>\nLEADELL V\u012btols team of experts has defended the interests of a Latvian company in a dispute with a Belgian undertaking, obtaining a decision to stay the enforcement of ajudgment certified as European Enforcement Order (EEO). As part of the execution of this judgment, a sworn bailiff in Latvia had already proceeded with auctions of the real estate of this company. The Belgian court had gravely infringed the client\u2019s right to a fair trial when issuing the EEO.<\/p>\n
